Dip probe Immersion probes allow direct absorption measurements of liquid samples by simply immersing the probe tip into a suitable vessel containing the sample.
Optical pathlengths from 2 to 40mm are available as interchangeable screw-in tips. Reactions can be monitored directly in a vessel thanks to the very fast scanning speeds of the spectrometer.
Additionally, immersion probes can be installed directly into sample streams, such as steel pipes in industrial plants, for monitoring and control purposes.
